研究目的:

本研究旨在采用混合研究方法,系统考察评估急诊服务质量。通过前期急诊患者进行基线调查,分析SQ差距及主要问题,识别关键改进点,设定SMART目标:总体SQ差距缩小至-0.15以内,首因满意率提升至≥95%,急诊-病房/手术室衔接投诉归零。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to systematically assess emergency department (ED) service quality using a mixed-methods approach. A baseline survey of ED patients will be conducted to analyze the Service Quality (SQ) gap and identify key issues, thereby pinpointing critical areas for improvement and establishing SMART objectives: (1) reducing the overall SQ gap to within -0.15; (2) increasing the primary-cause satisfaction rate to ≥95%; and (3) eliminating all complaints related to ED-to-inpatient ward or operating room transitions.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.病情危重需立即抢救者(如心跳呼吸骤停、严重创伤等);
2.患有严重精神障碍或认知功能损害,无法配合调查者;
3.因各种原因在就诊中途自行离院或转至其他医院者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with critical conditions requiring immediate resuscitation (e.g., cardiac or respiratory arrest, severe trauma, etc.);
2. Individuals with severe mental disorders or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the investigation;
3. Patients who leave the hospital on their own initiative or transfer to another hospital midway through their visit for various reasons.
