利用互联网技术建立完善社区高血压防治管理网络及靶器官损害预警平台，实现对高血压早期诊断和规范化治疗，早期发现靶器官损害，提供综合评估数据。  

Objectives of Study：

Using Internet technology to establish and improve the community hypertension prevention and treatment management network and target organ damage warning platform, to achieve early diagnosis and standardized treatment of hypertension, early detection of target organ damage, provide comprehensive assessment data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者已发生明确靶器官损害（左室肥厚、颈动脉斑块、肾功能异常），冠心病，
脑卒中急性期，慢性肾功能不全，眼底病变，甲状腺功能亢进、急性肺栓塞、近期手术、急性心肌梗
死等；正在参加高血压治疗相关的干预性临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

The patient has developed clear target organ damage (left ventricular hypertrophy, carotid plaque, renal dysfunction), coronary heart disease,acute stroke, chronic renal insufficiency, fundus lesions, hyperthyroidism, acute pulmonary embolism, recent surgery, acute myocardial infarction, etc. Participating in interventional clinical studies related to hypertension treatment.
