研究目的：

1. 比较抽动障碍患儿与正常儿童在专制教养、亲子冲突、家长正念和儿童焦虑水平上的差异。 2. 探讨专制教养方式与抽动障碍患儿焦虑水平的关系，检验亲子冲突的中介作用。 3. 检验家长正念水平对“亲子冲突→儿童焦虑”路径的调节作用，构建有调节的中介模型。 4. 比较该有调节的中介模型在抽动患儿群体与正常儿童群体中的差异，探讨其群体特异性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the differences in authoritarian parenting, parent-child conflict, parental mindfulness and children’s anxiety levels between children with tic disorders and typically developing children. 2. Explore the relationship between authoritarian parenting style and anxiety levels of children with tic disorders, and test the mediating effect of parent-child conflict. 3. Examine the moderating effect of parental mindfulness on the path of "parent-child conflict → children’s anxiety", and establish a moderated mediation model. 4. Compare the differences of the above moderated mediation model between children with tic disorders and typically developing children, and explore its group specificity.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例组：（1）智力低下者；（2）孤独症谱系障碍者；（3）癫痫者；（4）手足徐动症、舞蹈症、肝豆状核变性等其他神经疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group: (1) Children with intellectual disability; (2) Children with autism spectrum disorder; (3) Children withepilepsy; (4) Children with other neurological diseases including athetosis, chorea and hepatolenticular degeneration.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.病例记录表（CRF）：采用统一纸质 + 电子问卷记录表，收集患儿人口学资料、临床诊断信息、四份家长评定量表得分（PSQ、PSDQ、CPRS、IM-P）； 2.电子数据采集（EDC）：问卷在网上分发和收集。所有导入的数据都存储在具有访问权限控制的加密Excel数据库中，由指定的研究人员管理并定期备份。所有数据在整个过程中都会被脱敏，以保护参与者的隐私。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1.Case Record Form (CRF): Unified paper and electronic questionnaire forms are adopted to collect children's demographic information, clinical diagnostic data, and scale scores from four parent-reported questionnaires (PSQ, PSDQ, CPRS, IM-P); 2.Electronic Data Capture (EDC): Questionnaires are distributed and collected online. All imported data are stored in an encrypted Excel database with access authority control, managed by designated researchers and backed up regularly. All data are desensitized throughout the whole process to protect participants' privacy.
