研究目的：

1.比较 PSA 与 PSnA 在命名、语言理解、执行控制能力及静息态语言–执行控制功能连接（Lang–Exec FC）的差异，识别失语特异性网络连接模式。 2.检验 Lang–Exec FC 与命名 / 理解表现的关联强度在 PSA 组中更显著，明确失语后语言加工对执行控制网络的病理性依赖增强。 3.探讨执行控制能力对 Lang–Exec FC–命名通路的调节作用，及语言理解负荷对命名能力的独立预测价值。 4.在 PSA 组内探索基线 Lang–Exec FC、执行控制及语言理解能力对 12 周语言恢复程度的预测作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the differences in naming, language comprehension, executive control ability, and resting-state language-executive control functional connectivity (Lang–Exec FC) between PSA and PSnA, and identify aphasia-specific network connectivity patterns. 2. The correlation strength between the Lang–Exec FC and naming/comprehension performance is more significant in the PSA group, indicating an enhanced pathological dependence of language processing on the executive control network after aphasia. 3. Explore the regulatory effect of executive control ability on the Lang–Exec FC–naming pathway, and the independent predictive value of language comprehension load on naming ability. 4. Explore the predictive effect of baseline Lang–Exec FC, executive control, and language comprehension ability on the degree of language recovery at 12 weeks within the PSA group.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重意识障碍，MMSE < 10； 2. 双侧卒中、既往失语或语言障碍； 3. 严重未矫正视听障碍、精神疾病、神经退行性疾病、PHQ-9 >= 15； 4. fNIRS 禁忌：头皮病变 > 30%，有效通道数 < 70%。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe consciousness impairment, MMSE < 10; 2. Bilateral stroke, previous aphasia or language disorders; 3. Severe uncorrected vision or hearing problems, mental illness, neurodegenerative diseases, PHQ-9 >= 15; 4. fNIRS contraindications: scalp lesions > 30%, effective channels < 70%.
