采集于中国医学科学院北京协和医院手术并入组患者的样本,通过针对人源PanNETs单细胞测序,结合基于染色体拷贝数扩增的肿瘤成瘤路径分析,验证不同亚型的肿瘤的早期肿瘤细胞与不同型胰岛细胞的转录组一致性,再现人PanNETs中肿瘤细胞的亚克隆进化过程,解析 PanNETs细胞起源这一关键的科学问题。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To elucidate the critical scientific question regarding the cellular origin of human pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PanNETs), surgical specimens were collected from patients enrolled at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing on human PanNETs, combined with tumor tumorigenesis trajectory analysis based on chromosomal copy number amplification, this study validated the transcriptomic consistency between early tumor cells of distinct subtypes and various islet cell types. Furthermore, this approach successfully recapitulated the subclonal evolutionary process of tumor cells in human PanNETs. |
