研究目的:

本研究拟基于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院既往视网膜血管阻塞患者诊疗数据,构建标准化多模态临床数据库,筛选与疾病发生及进展相关的关键危险因素,建立并验证视网膜血管阻塞多模态风险预测模型,为该类患者的早期识别、危险分层、随访管理及个体化诊疗决策提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study intends to establish a standardized multimodal clinical database based on the historical diagnosis and treatment data of patients with retinal vascular occlusion from Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University. Key risk factors associated with the onset and progression of the disease will be screened out, and a multimodal risk prediction model for retinal vascular occlusion will be developed and validated. The findings will provide a scientific basis for early identification, risk stratification, follow-up management and individualized clinical decision-making for such patients.

The dataset is divided into training set and test set at 7:3 ratio. 5-fold cross-validation is used to calculate AUC, accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV. Model calibration and clinical net benefit are evaluated by calibration curve and decision curve analysis.

本研究为回顾性研究,数据来源于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院电子病历系统、眼科影像系统及检验检查系统。采用标准化病例记录表(CRF)进行数据提取与录入,通过医院内部加密电子数据管理系统进行数据存储与管理,严格执行数据脱敏、访问权限分级控制及全过程质量控制流程。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This is a retrospective study. Data are derived from the electronic medical record system, ophthalmic imaging system and laboratory examination system of Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University. Data are extracted and entered using standardized Case Record Forms (CRF), stored and managed through the hospital's internal encrypted electronic data management system, with strict implementation of data de-identification, hierarchical access control and whole-process quality control procedures.
