明确针刺能否作为一种预干预方式，调控双侧大脑半球平衡，改善脑卒中上肢功能  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether acupuncture can be used as a pre-intervention method to regulate interhemisheric inhibition and improve upper limb function after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄＞80 岁或＜30 岁
（2）诊断不符合 1995 年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的各类脑血管病诊断要点
（3）非首次发生脑出血和脑梗死或既往发生过腔隙性脑梗死且存在后遗症的患者
（4）意识不清，MMSE 量表评价提示痴呆，合并感觉性失语或精神障碍等疾患，不能配合检查及治疗的住院患者
（5）合并心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病的患者
（6）既往有认知障碍、神经精神病史、药物滥用及酗酒史
（7）有重要脏器功能衰竭或病情危重的脑卒中患者以及癌症等对患者生存质量的影响超过中风后肢体功能障碍的疾病或状态
（8）患侧肢体的 Brunnstrom 分级为 6 期
（9）患者于临床试验之前接受过正规中医康复或现代康复治疗
（10）2 周<发病时间、发病时间>1 年
（11）不能完成基本疗程，依从性可能不好者（即不能坚持治疗）及难以随访者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Non-first-time cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction or previous lacunar infarction with sequelae;
(2) Consciousness is not clear, MMSE scale evaluation suggests dementia, sensory aphasia or mental disorders, can not cooperate with the examination and treatment of hospitalized patients;
(3) patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
(4) past history of cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse;
(5) Stroke patients with major organ failure or critical illness and cancer have a greater impact on their quality of life than those with limb dysfunction after stroke;
(6) the Brunnstrom classification of the affected limbs is stage 6;
(7) patients received regular Chinese medicine rehabilitation or modern rehabilitation therapy before clinical trials;
(8) 2 weeks < onset time and onset time >1 years;
(9) Failure to complete the basic course of treatment, poor compliance (i.e., failure to adhere to treatment) and difficulty in follow-up.
