研究目的：

主要目的：确定腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）在首次、第二次或第三次发作的急性特发性胰腺炎患者中预防急性胰腺炎复发的有效性。 次要目的：确定胆道事件的发生情况、LC相关并发症的出现率、胰腺炎复发次数及严重程度、生活质量（QALY）、成本（医院和社会成本）以及成本效益比。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To determine the efficacy of LC in patients after a first, second or third episode of acute pancreatitis (which is idiopathic) in the prevention of recurrent acute pancreatitis. Secondary Objective: To determine the occurrence of biliary events, complications of LC, number, and severity of recurrent episodes of pancreatitis, quality of life (QALY), costs (hospital and societal) and cost-effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.发作超过3次的急性特发性胰腺炎患者； 2.慢性胰腺炎的诊断； 3.坏死性胰腺炎的诊断； 4.当前患有胰腺恶性肿瘤或主胰管型导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤； 5.既往接受过胆囊切除术； 6.已明确病因的急性胰腺炎； 7.无法完成包括超声内镜在内的完整诊断检查的患者； 8.有胰腺分裂症病史； 9.处于怀孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with more than 3 episodes of idiopathic acute pancreatitis; 2. Diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis; 3. Diagnosis of necrotizing pancreatitis; 4. Current pancreatic malignancy or main-duct IPMN; 5. Prior cholecystectomy; 6. Documented etiology of acute pancreatitis; 7. Patients in whom complete diagnostic work-up including EUS is not possible (e.g. Roux-and-Y bypass); 8. History of pancreas divisum# #Imaging to rule out pancreas divisum not required; 9. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
