研究目的：

系统性评估迈瑞公司研发的毛细血管再充盈时间（CRT）测量功能在健康人群中的测量准确性，以经验丰富的临床医生的人工视频读数作为金标准，评估设备自动测量的CRT值或临床常规测量的CRT与金标准之间的一致性；同时通过测量异常CRT值评估其对肢体欠灌注的诊断敏感性；另外通过记录并分析设备相关不良事件来评估该设备的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

A systematic evaluation was conducted to assess the measurement accuracy of the capillary refill time (CRT) measurement function developed by Mindray in healthy individuals. The gold standard was the manual video readings provided by experienced clinicians. The consistency between the automatic CRT values measured by the equipment or the CRT values measured according to clinical routines and the gold standard was evaluated. At the same time, the diagnostic sensitivity of abnormal CRT values for limb hypoperfusion was assessed. Additionally, the safety of the equipment was evaluated by recording and analyzing the related adverse events of the equipment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.测量部位（手指/甲床）存在病变、外伤、严重色素沉着或涂抹指甲油；
2.患有严重外周血管疾病、雷诺综合征或已知的微循环障碍疾病；
3.近期服用血管活性药物（如降压药、感冒药）；
4.测量部位皮肤温度过低（如＜26℃）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lesions, trauma, severe pigmentation or application of nail polish exist at the measurement site (finger/ nail bed);
2.Suffering from severe peripheral vascular diseases, Raynaud's syndrome or known microcirculation disorders;
3.Recently taking vasoactive drugs (such as antihypertensive drugs, cold medicines);
4.The skin temperature at the measurement site is too low (e.g. < 26℃);
