研究目的：

通过皮-罗氏序列专病队列平台的建立，收集皮-罗氏序列征患儿的临床诊疗数据，研究该疾病发病及预后相关因素，并在此基础上通过生物标本进一步研究其遗传及发病相关机制、明确术前评估方法及分级、创建皮-罗氏序列征序列治疗新的辅助疗法、降低患者术中风险、减少术后并发症并增加皮-罗氏序列征患者治疗的成功率、促进患儿呼吸及喂养情况，改善患儿生长发育水平，提高患儿存活率及生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of children with Pierre Robin sequence were collected through the establishment of cohort platform of the specific disease for studying the related factors of its onset and prognosis. On this basis, the genetic and pathogenetic mechanism of the disease was further studied through biological specimens to determine the preoperative evaluation method and classification,to create a new adjuvant therapy ,to reduce the operating risk,to reduce postoperative complications,to increase the success rate of the treatment of PRS,to promote the respiratory and feeding of patients,to improve the level of their growth and development,to improve their survival rate and quality of life of children.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄在纳入范围之外；
（2）无明确诊断；
（3）无相关评估及诊疗数据；
（4）失访者；
（5）监护人不愿签署知情同意书的；
（6）其他。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lack of clear diagnosis;
2. Lack of relevant assessment and data for diagnosis and treatment;
3. the person is not interviewed;
4. the guardian is unwilling to sign an informed consent.
