研究目的：

本研究旨在对比去氧肾上腺素持续输注预防与单次静脉推注治疗腰麻诱发低血压，对行剖宫产子痫前期产妇新生儿结局的影响。研究主要观察指标为脐动脉血气pH值，以期为优化子痫前期患者的围术期管理策略提供高质量循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to compare the effects of continuous infusion and versus single intravenous bolus of phenylephrine for the prevention and treatment of spinal anesthesia-induced hypotension on neonatal outcomes in preeclamptic parturients undergoing cesarean section. The primary outcome was the umbilical arterial blood pH. The findings are intended to provide high-quality evidence for optimizing perioperative management strategies in preeclamptic patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

多胎妊娠、精神疾病、椎管内麻醉禁忌证（如患者拒绝、颅内压增高、低血容量或凝血功能异常）、严重心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病及呼吸系统疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with multiple gestation, psychiatric disorders, contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia (e.g., patient refusal, increased intracranial pressure, hypovolemia, or coagulation abnormalities), severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, and respiratory diseases were excluded.
