研究目的：

构建不少于50 例自闭症儿童和50 例健康儿童的涵盖多维数据、规范化、标准化的临床队列，收集的数据包括父母孕期等基本环境信息、认知测试、脑结构与功能检测、生物样本（受试及父母的血液、尿液、粪便）的收集等，构建立体表型数据库，并在一年后进行随访。  

Objectives of Study：

A multi-dimensional, standardized and standardized clinical cohort of not less than 50 autistic children and 50 healthy children was constructed. The collected data included basic environmental information such as parents'pregnancy, cognitive tests, brain structure and function tests, biological samples (blood, urine and feces of subjects and parents), and a three-dimensional phenotypic database was constructed. The disease was carried out one year later. Follow up was performed.
