研究目的：

本研究以探索性设计为主，评估肥胖合并 T2D 患者葡萄糖刺激下β细胞分泌能力，筛选与其最相关的空腹代谢物，综合分析其与术后血糖改善及糖尿病缓解结局的关联特征，为术前评估提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study primarily employs an exploratory design to evaluate the β-cell secretion capacity in response to glucose stimulation in obese patients with T2D, screen the most relevant fasting metabolites, and comprehensively analyze their association characteristics with postoperative glycemic improvement and diabetes remission outcomes, providing a reference basis for preoperative assessment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 1 型糖尿病及特殊类型糖尿病； 2. 库欣综合征、肢端肥大症等内分泌疾病； 3. 反复胰腺炎病史； 4. 病史资料不全，无法获取关键变量； 5. 妊娠或哺乳期女性； 6. 计划在研究期间妊娠的育龄期女性； 7. 术前血清样本缺失或质量不合格。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Type 1 diabetes and special types of diabetes;
2.Cushing's syndrome, acromegaly, and other endocrine diseases;
3.History of recurrent pancreatitis;
4.Incomplete medical history data, unable to obtain key variables;
5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
6.Women of childbearing age who plan to become pregnant during the research period;
7.Preoperative serum samples are missing or of poor quality.
