研究目的：

鉴定 COPD 与 肺癌 共享的关键分子通路及 具有临床应用价值的诊断生物标志物。构建多标志物联合诊断模型，明确可用于预后评估的生物标志物。从分子机制、免疫微环境及细胞异质性层面揭示两种疾病的共病规律，为临床干预提供潜在靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the key molecular pathways shared by COPD and lung cancer and the diagnostic biomarkers with clinical application value. To construct a multi-biomarker combined diagnostic model and clarify the biomarkers that can be used for prognosis assessment. To reveal the co-morbidity patterns of the two diseases from the aspects of molecular mechanisms, immune microenvironment and cellular heterogeneity, and provide potential targets for clinical intervention.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肺癌合并 COPD 组： 排除标准： (1) 既往或当前合并任何其他恶性肿瘤； (2) 合并其他显著肺部疾病； (3) 拒绝签署知情同意书者； (4) 合并严重精神疾病、认知障碍、依从性差，无法配合研究相关流程者，或研究者根据临床判断认为不适合参与本研究的患者。 2. 单纯肺癌组： 排除标准： (1) 既往或当前合并任何其他恶性肿瘤； (2) 合并 COPD； (3) 拒绝签署知情同意书者； (4) 合并其他显著肺部疾病； (5) 合并严重精神疾病、认知障碍、依从性差，无法配合研究相关流程者，或研究者根据临床判断认为不适合参与本研究的患者。 3. 单纯 COPD 组： 排除标准： (1) 合并肺癌； (2) 既往或当前合并任何其他恶性肿瘤； (3) 拒绝签署知情同意书者； (4) 合并其他显著肺部疾病； (5) 合并严重精神疾病、认知障碍、依从性差，无法配合研究相关流程者，或研究者根据临床判断认为不适合参与本研究的患者。 4. 健康对照组： 排除标准： (1) 合并肺癌； (2) 既往或当前合并任何其他恶性肿瘤； (3) 合并 COPD； (4) 拒绝签署知情同意书者； (5) 合并其他显著肺部疾病； (6) 合并严重精神疾病、认知障碍、依从性差，无法配合研究相关流程者，或研究者根据临床判断认为不适合参与本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Lung cancer combined with COPD group: Exclusion criteria: (1) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (2) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (4) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment. 2. Lung cancer only group: Exclusion criteria: (1) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (2) Presence of COPD; (3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (4) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (5) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment. 3. COPD only group: Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of lung cancer; (2) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (4) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (5) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment. 4. Healthy control group: Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of lung cancer; (2) History or current presence of any other malignant tumors; (3) Presence of COPD; (4) Refusal to sign the informed consent form; (5) Presence of other significant pulmonary diseases; (6) Presence of severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or poor compliance that prevents cooperation with study-related procedures, or patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator based on clinical judgment.
