研究目的:

本研究旨在探讨抗阻训练背景下棒球运动员挥棒动力链特征及其训练前后变化,分析峰值棒头速度、地面反作用力应用、前腿制动冲量、外部绕垂直轴角冲量、骨盆—躯干分离及近端—远端时序等生物力学指标的变化及其与棒速表现的关系。同时,本研究将在训练后测阶段分析最大高度跳深制动—推进力学指标与挥棒动力链及棒头速度之间的关联,以建立下肢制动—推进能力、地面力应用、旋转动力学和棒速表现之间的专项生物力学解释框架,为棒球运动员抗阻训练和专项技术反馈提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate the kinetic chain characteristics of baseball swinging and their pre–post training changes under a resistance training context. Specifically, this study will examine changes in peak bat speed, ground reaction force application, lead-leg braking impulse, external angular impulse about the vertical axis, pelvis–trunk separation, and proximal-to-distal sequencing, and analyze their associations with swing performance. In addition, post-training drop-jump braking–propulsive mechanical variables will be examined in relation to swing kinetic chain variables and peak bat speed, in order to establish a sport-specific biomechanical framework linking lower-limb braking–propulsive ability, ground force application, rotational dynamics, and bat speed performance.

排除标准:

1. 当前存在明显肩、肘、腕、腰背、髋、膝、踝等部位急性损伤、疼痛或功能受限,可能影响测试安全或结果解释者; 2. 有心血管系统、神经系统、骨骼肌系统疾病史,或其他不适合参加中高强度运动测试和抗阻训练的情况者; 3. 测试前存在明显疲劳、睡眠不足、饮酒、急性疾病或其他可能影响运动安全和数据质量的情况者; 4. 无法遵守训练和测试安排,动作长期不符合安全要求,或经研究人员评估认为继续参加存在较高风险者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Participants with current acute injury, pain, or functional limitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, lower back, hip, knee, or ankle that may affect testing safety or data interpretation; 2. Participants with a history of cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for moderate- to high-intensity exercise testing or resistance training; 3. Participants with obvious fatigue, insufficient sleep, alcohol consumption, acute illness, or other conditions before testing that may affect exercise safety or data quality; 4. Participants who are unable to comply with the training or testing schedule, whose movement patterns fail to meet safety requirements, or who are judged by the researchers to be at high risk if they continue participation;

Resistance training intervention. The program will mainly consist of the back squat and bench press as core exercises. According to participants’ training level and safety conditions, a small number of auxiliary strength exercises or sport-specific preparatory exercises may be included. Training load, sets, repetitions, rating of perceived exertion, attendance, and adverse events will be recorded.

This study will not publicly share raw data containing personally identifiable information. After the main findings are published, de-identified datasets, data dictionaries, variable calculation procedures, or statistical analysis codes may be made available upon reasonable academic request and approval by the principal investigator, provided that informed consent, privacy protection requirements, and institutional data management regulations are not violated. Identifiable personal information, internal team training information, and unpublished raw motion-capture data will not be shared.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用纸质病例报告表和电子数据表进行数据采集与管理。采集内容包括受试者基本信息、训练背景、身高体重等身体形态指标、抗阻训练出勤率、训练负荷、组数、次数、主观用力感、不良事件记录,以及深蹲1RM、卧推1RM、10 m和20 m冲刺、CMJ、SJ、立定跳远、5-10-5变向、挥棒测速、三维动作捕捉、双力台和跳深测试等数据。 所有受试者均采用研究编号替代姓名,个人身份信息与研究数据分开保存。纸质资料由专人保管于上锁文件柜中,电子数据存放于加密电脑或授权存储空间,并设置访问权限和定期备份。数据录入后由至少两名研究人员进行核对,发现缺失值、异常值或无效试次时进行复核并记录原因。三维动捕、力台原始数据、处理脚本、导出指标表和统计分析文件均按受试者编号统一归档,确保数据处理过程可追溯。未经项目负责人授权,任何个人不得接触含有可识别身份信息的原始资料。以上内容与你方案中的数据管理制度保持一致

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data will be collected and managed using paper-based case report forms and electronic spreadsheets. The collected data will include participants’ demographic information, training background, height, body mass, resistance training attendance, training load, sets, repetitions, rating of perceived exertion, adverse events, as well as back squat 1RM, bench press 1RM, 10-m and 20-m sprint performance, countermovement jump, squat jump, standing long jump, 5-10-5 change-of-direction performance, swing speed, three-dimensional motion capture data, force plate data, and drop-jump testing data. Each participant will be assigned a unique study identification code instead of using their name. Personal identifying information will be stored separately from research data. Paper records will be kept in a locked cabinet by designated research personnel, while electronic data will be stored on password-protected computers or authorized storage platforms with restricted access and regular backup. After data entry, at least two researchers will check the data for accuracy. Missing values, outliers, or invalid trials will be reviewed and documented. Raw motion-capture data, force plate data, processing scripts, exported variables, and statistical analysis files will be archived according to participant identification codes to ensure traceability. No individual will be allowed to access identifiable raw data without authorization from the principal investigator.
