研究目的：

填补指南在靶向辅助治疗领域的证据缺口，针对两种及以上高危因素的患者在HCC根治性切除术后进行辅助治疗的获益和安全性评估，进一步明确HCC根治性切除术后使用靶向药的优势，为术后辅助治疗“是否需要预防性使用药物”、“使用什么药物”等问题的解决提供一定参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The guideline fills the evidence gap in the field of targeted adjuvant therapy, assessing the benefits and safety of adjuvant treatment for patients with two or more high-risk factors after HCC radical resection, further clarifying the advantages of using targeted drugs after radical resection of HCC, and providing certain references for solving issues such as "whether prophylactic use of drugs is needed after surgery" and "which drugs to choose".

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1. 非首次治疗的 HCC 患者； 2. 非根治性切除，或术后 2 个月肿瘤标志物未转阴，或术后检查提示肿瘤残留； 3. 病理学诊断非 HCC； 4. 术后辅助治疗除介入及靶向药物外使用其他治疗手段，或入组其他临床研究； 5. 术后失访或缺失本院可查询的随访时间半年以上；因不良反应停用靶向药物超过 3 个月且术后辅助治疗不足半年。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with HCC who are not receiving first-time treatment; 2. Non-radical resection, tumor markers not turning negative within 2 months post-surgery, or postoperative exams indicating residual tumor; 3. Pathological diagnosis not consistent with HCC; 4. Postoperative adjuvant therapy includes treatments other than interventional or targeted drugs, or patients enrolled in other clinical studies; 5. Lost to follow-up post-surgery or missing hospital-recorded follow-up for more than six months; discontinued targeted drugs for over 3 months due to adverse reactions and postoperative adjuvant therapy was less than six months.
