研究目的：

本文主要通过研究老年患者术前基于脑电提取的脑功能量化指标与术后认知功能损伤的相关关系，探讨术前脑功能指标是否可以预测老年患者的术后认知功能损伤，从而帮助我们更好的进行危险分层、采取预防措施。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly studies the correlation between brain function quantitative indicators based on EEG extraction and postoperative cognitive impairment in elderly patients, and explores whether preoperative brain function indicators can predict postoperative cognitive impairment in elderly patients, thus helping us better conduct risk stratification and take preventive measures.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、患者先前诊断图表上记录的或由患者或代理人报告给研究者的痴呆；2、未矫正的视力或听力受损（无法看到图片或阅读或听懂说明）；3、不能听懂研究者说话；4、合并严重的心脑血管疾病，肝肾功能障碍及精神疾病；5、已纳入其他研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Dementia recorded on the patient's previous diagnostic chart or reported to the investigator by the patient or agent;
2. uncorrected vision or hearing impairment (cannot see the picture or read or understand the instructions);
3. unable to understand the researcher's speech;
4. combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,liver and kidney dysfunction and mental illness;
5. have been included in other studies.
