研究目的：

本研究旨在通过收集肺腺癌患者的临床组织样本（包括癌组织及配对癌旁组织），系统分析NDRG1在肺腺癌中的表达水平及其与疾病临床病理特征和预后的关联；在此基础上，探索NDRG1调控DRP1 SUMO化修饰、线粒体裂变及代谢重编程的分子机制，以阐明NDRG1促进肺腺癌增殖的关键作用通路，为肺腺癌的早期诊断与靶向治疗提供新的理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to systematically analyze the expression level of NDRG1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its correlation with the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of the disease by collecting clinical tissue samples from patients with lung adenocarcinoma, including cancer tissue and paired adjacent tissues; On this basis, the molecular mechanism of NDRG1 regulating DRP1 SUMOylation modification, mitochondrial fission, and metabolic reprogramming is explored to elucidate the key pathway of NDRG1 promoting lung adenocarcinoma proliferation, providing new theoretical basis for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of lung adenocarcinoma.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并其他恶性肿瘤（经病理确诊，不包括已治愈的非黑色素瘤皮肤癌或宫颈原位癌）； 2. 术前接受过新辅助化疗、放疗、靶向治疗或免疫治疗； 3. 合并严重感染、自身免疫性疾病或重要脏器功能衰竭（如心、肝、肾）； 4. 妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 5. 临床资料不完整或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other malignant tumors (pathologically confirmed, excluding cured non-melanoma skin cancer or cervical carcinoma in situ); 2. Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy before surgery; 3. Complicated with severe infection, autoimmune diseases, or major organ failure (e.g., heart, liver, kidney); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	创建两份相互独立且设有打开密码的 Excel 文件，一份为“患者编码对照表”（含姓名、住院号与入组编号的对应关系），由项目负责人单独加密保管；另一份为“研究数据表”（仅含入组编号及临床信息、检测结果），由课题组成员共享。两文件不存储于同一设备，不通过微信/邮件传输，仅通过院内加密 U 盘或内网硬盘传递。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Create two independent, password-protected Excel files. One file, named “Patient Code Master List”, contains the mapping between patient names, hospital record numbers, and study enrollment numbers. This file is kept separately and encrypted by the principal investigator. The other file, named “Research Data Sheet”, contains only enrollment numbers along with clinical information and test results, and is shared among research team members. The two files are not stored on the same device and are not transmitted via WeChat or email; they are transferred only through an encrypted USB drive or the internal hospital network hard drive.
