本研究为首个单中心、前瞻性、RCT研究，拟探讨腹腔镜经动脉荧光导航解剖性肝切除在HCC治疗近远期疗效，为腹腔镜解剖性肝切除术治疗肝细胞癌患者手术方式的选择提供较高级别循证医学证据。同时，本项目旨在促进肝切除术的临床决策、手术作业和围术期管理的全流程同质化，最大限度降低肝癌切除术预后的不确定性，使患者最大化获益。本课题是对精准肝切除技术体系的有益补充，有利于该体系的普及推广，以期补充该治疗方案在此类患者治疗中的临床决策证据。

Objectives of Study：

This study is the first single-center, prospective, RCT study, aiming to explore the short-term and long-term therapeutic efficacy of laparoscopic Hepatic artery staining fluorescence-guided and portal vein traditional anatomical liver resection for HCC, and to provide higher-level evidence-based medical evidence for choosing surgical methods for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by laparoscopic anatomical liver resection. At the same time, this project aims to promote the homogenization of clinical decision-making, surgical operations and perioperative management throughout the entire process of liver resection, to minimize the uncertainty of the prognosis of liver cancer resection as much as possible, and to maximize the benefits for patients. This project is a beneficial supplement to the precise liver resection technology system, and is conducive to the popularization and promotion of this system, with the aim of supplementing the clinical decision-making evidence of this treatment plan in the treatment of such patients.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 非解剖性肝切除术（NAH）； 2. 无 ICG 使用的腹腔镜手术，LH 联合除胆囊切除术外的其他腹部脏器切除术，以及术前进行除 TACE 及 DSA 外的抗癌治疗，包括射频消融、放疗和全身系统化疗； 3. 术后病理提示转移性肝癌或其他组织类型原发性肝癌； 4. 既往或目前合并其他部位恶性肿瘤； 5. 复发性 HCC 需要反复肝切除术的； 6. 术前存在肿瘤破裂； 7. 中转开腹手术； 8. 既往腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-anatomic liver resection (NAH); 2. Laparoscopic surgery without the use of ICG, including liver resection of other abdominal organs except for cholecystectomy, as well as preoperative anti-cancer treatments such as radiofrequency ablation, radiotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy other than TACE and DSA; 3. Postoperative pathology indicates metastatic liver cancer or primary liver cancer of other tissue types; 4. Previous or current coexistence of other malignant tumors in other parts; 5. Recurrent HCC requiring repeated liver resection; 6. Tumor rupture before the operation; 7. Conversion to open surgery; 8. Previous history of abdominal surgery.
