本研究旨在评估黏性骨块(Sticky Bone)应用于上颌窦外提升术后的成骨效果,并利用机器学习技术预测术后6个月骨量变化。通过回顾性收集患者术前临床资料、生化检验资料、病史资料、手术相关资料、术后CT影像资料及并发症记录,构建基于多维数据的机器学习预测模型,分析影响术后成骨效果的关键因素,为临床医生进行术前风险评估、个体化手术方案制定及术后管理优化提供依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to evaluate the osteogenic effect of Sticky Bone after lateral maxillary sinus floor elevation and to predict bone volume changes 6 months after surgery using machine learning techniques. By retrospectively collecting preoperative clinical data, biochemical test results, medical history, surgery-related variables, postoperative CT imaging data, and complication records, this study will construct a multidimensional machine learning prediction model to identify key factors associated with postoperative bone formation. The results are expected to provide evidence for individualized preoperative risk assessment, surgical planning, and postoperative management. |

本研究为单中心回顾性研究,研究数据来源于山东省口腔医院既往病历资料、检验资料、CT影像资料、手术记录及随访记录。收集内容包括患者基本信息、病史资料、生化检验指标、术前CT影像资料、术中种植体及骨粉相关信息、术后当天及术后6个月CT影像资料,以及术后6个月内并发症记录。所有数据由研究团队按照统一数据提取表进行收集、核对和整理。影像学数据经标准化处理及三维重建后用于骨体积、骨密度和骨高度测量。所有数据在分析前进行去标识化处理,仅限研究团队内部用于统计分析和机器学习建模,并按照医院信息安全规范进行存储和管理。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
This is a single-center retrospective study. Study data will be obtained from previous medical records, laboratory test results, CT imaging data, surgical records, and follow-up records at Shandong Provincial Stomatological Hospital. The collected data include demographic information, medical history, biochemical test indicators, preoperative CT images, intraoperative information on implants and bone graft materials, immediate postoperative and 6-month postoperative CT images, and complications within 6 months after surgery. All data will be collected, checked, and organized by the research team using a standardized data extraction form. Imaging data will be standardized and reconstructed three-dimensionally for the measurement of bone volume, bone density, and bone height. All data will be de-identified before analysis, used only within the research team for statistical analysis and machine learning modeling, and stored and managed in accordance with hospital information security regulations. |
