研究目的:

本研究目的为比较皮层联合小脑的双位点低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)与皮层单位点低频rTMS对卒中偏瘫患者步行能力的改善效果,初步探索双位点rTMS改善步行能力的作用机制,为优化卒中后步行能力康复的rTMS干预策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to compare the effects of cortical-cerebellar dual-site low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) with cortical single-site low-frequency rTMS on walking ability in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia, and to preliminarily investigate the mechanisms underlying gait improvement with dual-site rTMS, thereby providing evidence for optimizing rTMS-based post-stroke gait rehabilitation strategies.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 小脑卒中; 2. 严重认知功能障碍不能配合检查及治疗; 3. 曾明确诊断患有影响步行能力的其他神经系统疾病; 4. 严重的呼吸或循环系统合并症; 5. 严重的下肢关节炎或其他严重的肌肉骨骼疾病影响步行能力; 6. 视觉障碍影响步行能力; 7. 癫痫病史; 8. 颅内金属植入物,心脏起搏器或耳蜗植入物; 9. 颅骨缺损; 10. 高颅压; 11. 颅内肿瘤; 12. 妊娠。

Exclusion criteria:

1. With cerebellar stroke; 2. Severe cognitive impairment and unable to cooperate with examinations and treatment; 3. Previously diagnosed with other neurological disorders affecting walking ability; 4. Severe respiratory or cardiovascular comorbidities; 5. Severe lower-limb arthritis or other severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting walking ability; 6. Visual impairment affecting walking ability; 7. History of epilepsy; 8. Intracranial metallic implants, cardiac pacemakers, or cochlear implants; 9. Skull defects; 10. Increased intracranial pressure; 11. Intracranial tumor; 12. Pregnancy.
