Assessing the disease characteristics of the diabetic myocardium and identifying potential genetic targets for intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的、未控制的呼吸系统疾病、泌尿以及神经系统疾病。 2.冠脉造影提示中重度狭窄。 3.合并高血压、瓣膜病、甲状腺功能异常及其他先天性结构性心肌病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe, uncontrolled respiratory diseases, urinary system diseases, and nervous system diseases. 2. Coronary angiography indicates moderate to severe stenosis. 3. Complicated with hypertension, valvular heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, and other congenital structural cardiomyopathies.
