研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究，随诊PAEs低、中、高暴露单纯性乳房早发育(IPT)女童的性早熟进展（是否进展为特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)），分析尿PAEs与性早熟进展的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The prospective cohort study was conducted to investigate the relationship between urinary PAEs and progression of precocious puberty(Whether it progresses to idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP)) in low, medium, and high-exposure Isolated premature thelarche (IPT) girls with PAEs.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

IPT组剔除标准：
1.器质性病变导致的CPP及外周性性早熟；
2.除外近期误服雌激素类药物或使用激素类药物或进食补品者/中药材煲汤(包括以下任何一种：蜂王浆、燕窝、
花胶、人参、当归、鹿茸、胎盘、虫草、海马)；
3.有性早熟家族史或不能提供家族史者；
4.出生体格异常(包括出生小于胎龄儿、巨大儿)或不能提供出生史者；
5.BMI超过同性别同年龄参考第85百分位。
6.受试者或家长拒绝检查者；
7.随访过程中检查发现器质性病变者或不能按时复诊，不配合留取尿标本者。

Exclusion criteria：

IPT group rejection criteria:
1. CPP caused by organic lesions and peripheral precocious puberty;
2. Except for the recent accidental misuse of estrogens or the use of hormonal drugs or supplements/Chinese herbal medicines (including any of the following: royal jelly, bird's nest, Huajiao, ginseng, angelica, antler, placenta, cordyceps, hippocampus);
3. The family history of sexual precocity or a family history cannot be provided;
4. Abnormal physical birth (including births smaller than gestational age, giant children) or those who cannot provide birth history;
5. BMI exceeds the 85th percentile of the same sex with the same age.
6. The subject or parent rejects the examintion;
7. During the follow-up period, those who found organic lesions, not be able to review to the clinic on time and they will not cooperate with the urine specimens.
