本研究旨在开发并检验一套基于“优势取向”(Strengths-based)的心理健康干预课程,作为一种普遍性预防(Universal Prevention)项目在农村镇中心小学高年级(4-5年级)开展,以期降低学生的负面信念、抑郁、焦虑和压力水平,同时提升主观幸福感、心理繁荣、优势认识与使用等积极心理品质,探索将该干预项目融入农村学校常规课程的可行性。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study aims to develop and test a set of mental health intervention courses based on a strengths-based approach, to be implemented as a universal prevention program for upper-grade (grades 4-5) students in rural primary schools. The objective is to reduce students' negative beliefs, depression, anxiety, and stress levels, while enhancing positive psychological qualities such as subjective well-being, mental health flourishing, and strengths knowledge and use, and to explore the feasibility of integrating this program into regular school curricula. |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Students who are unable to maintain regular school attendance due to severe physical illnesses or severe mental disorders; 2. Students or their legal guardians who refuse to sign the informed consent form or decline data collection. (Note: These students attend the classes as usual, but their assessment data are strictly excluded and not incorporated into the final research sample). |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
在本次研究中所有收集的原始数据由专人管理,保证对被试隐私的保密,其他项目组成员均不得接触被试的个人信息。研究将建立3-5人的数据监察委员会,成员为中国人民大学心理学系的老师和硕士生,对数据进行分析评价,确保试验的完整性和可信度。数据监察委员会在研究前商讨审阅本次研究的试验方案、统计分析计划、研究问卷和知情同意书等重要文件。保证生成的数据准确、及时和完整,每次测量完成后将问卷放置于专门的档案袋中,由委员会专人负责保管。 数据收集完成后,研究团队人员运用Epidata或Excel软件建立数据库,将数据进行录入。在数据录入时,采用抽取一定比例的问卷进行重复录入,并进行核对比较,不一致的地方对照原始数据进行修改。在对数据库进行操作时记录相关内容和人员。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
All raw data collected in this study will be managed by a person to ensure the confidentiality of the subjects' privacy, and no other project team members will be allowed to have access to the subjects' personal information. A data monitoring committee of 3-5 members, consisting of faculty members and master's students from the Department of Psychology of Renmin University of China, will be established to analyze and evaluate the data to ensure the integrity and credibility of the experiment. The data monitoring committee discusses and reviews important documents such as the trial protocol, statistical analysis plan, study questionnaire and informed consent form for this study before the study. To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the generated data, the questionnaires were placed in a special archive bag after the completion of each measurement and kept by the committee. After data collection was completed, the research team personnel used Epidata or Excel software to create a database to enter the data. During data entry, a certain percentage of the questionnaires were selected for repeated entry and checked and compared, and inconsistencies were corrected against the original data. When operating the database, the relevant content and personnel were recorded. |
