观察飞秒激光辅助白内障超声乳化手术过程中瞳孔及眼压的变化以及前房水的相关检测  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the changes of pupillary and intraocular pressure during phacoemulsification of cataract with femtosecond laser and the correlation of anterior atrial water

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已知青光眼或眼外伤,术前检查前的任何眼部手术或外伤,在术前检查前3个月内使用类固醇类药物,小瞳孔≤5mm,术前悬韧带功能异常,剥脱综合征,糖尿病视网膜病变,年龄相关黄斑变性,葡萄膜炎,机械术中虹膜器械的触摸或损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

known glaucoma or ocular hypertension or glauma suspect,any previous ocular surgery or trauma,active intraocular inflammation or ocular or systemic use of steroid within 3 months before preoperative visit,small rigid pupil≤5mm, preoperative zonular weakness,exfoliation syndrome, diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration,uveitis, mechanical intraoperative iris instrument touch or damage.
