研究目的：

探讨直径小于2cm的肺部磨玻璃结节的病理学特征及其与高分辨率CT影像学表现之间的关联，为临床诊断及浸润性评估提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the pathological characteristics of pulmonary ground-glass nodules with a diameter of less than 2 cm and their correlation with high-resolution CT imaging manifestations, to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and assessment of invasiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.CT图像表现为纯实性结节，或虽为部分实性结节但其实性成分占比超过50%。
2.CT图像存在严重呼吸运动伪影、金属伪影或噪声过高，影响结节征象的判读。
3.影像检查或获取病理标本的操作非在本院完成，或患者在本院检查后转至外院治疗。
4.在进行本次CT检查前，患者已针对该肺部结节接受过任何形式的抗感染、消融或手术等治疗。
5.经病理或临床随访证实已存在淋巴结转移或远处转移。

Exclusion criteria：

1.CT imaging demonstrates a pure solid nodule, or a part-solid nodule with a solid component ratio greater than 50%;
2.CT imaging is compromised by severe respiratory motion artifacts, metal artifacts, or high noise levels, hindering the assessment of nodule characteristics;
3.Imaging studies or tissue sampling were conducted outside our institution, or patients were referred to external facilities for treatment following their initial workup at our hospital;
4.Before undergoing the current CT scan, the patient had been subjected to any therapeutic intervention for the lung nodule, such as anti-infective treatment, ablation, or surgical resection;
5.It has been confirmed by pathology or clinical follow-up that lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis is present;

Data collection is performed via standardized Case Report Forms (CRF). All data is entered into an electronic data capture (EDC) system with built‑in logical and range validation rules.
