研究目的：

本研究旨在探究短期血糖控制不佳等内分泌代谢因素对早期膝骨关节炎患者股四头肌及髌下脂肪垫弹性特性的影响，并分析其与相关临床及实验室指标的相关性，为理解代谢异常参与膝关节软组织病变的机制提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of endocrine and metabolic factors, such as short-term poor glycemic control, on the elastic properties of the quadriceps femoris and infrapatellar fat pad in patients with early knee osteoarthritis. Furthermore, it analyzes their correlations with relevant clinical and laboratory indicators, thereby providing a basis for understanding the mechanisms by which metabolic abnormalities contribute to knee soft tissue lesions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在急性感染状态或血液系统疾病（如贫血、凝血功能障碍等）； 2. 存在严重肝肾功能异常或未控制的代谢性疾病（如糖尿病酮症酸中毒等）； 3. 患有多发性骨髓瘤、甲状腺癌等肿瘤相关疾病； 4. 患有其他疾病且并发病影响到关节者，如类风湿关节炎、化脓性骨关节炎等

Exclusion criteria：

1.Acute infectious state or hematological diseases, such as severe anemia or blood clotting disorders; 2.Significant liver or kidney impairment, or acute metabolic complications (such as diabetic ketoacidosis); 3.Tumor-related conditions or malignancies, such as multiple myeloma or thyroid carcinoma; 4.Other systemic or localized conditions involving the joints, including rheumatoid arthritis and septic osteoarthritis.
