研究目的:

本研究试对比为期26周的联合有氧-抗阻运动对老年人群血糖水平、肠道菌群丰度、组成和功能的干预效果,以期整合医疗与体育资源,为控制或逆转糖调节受损、预防糖尿病提供理论和实践依据。并通过分析认知能力测试指标,对运动影响人体内肠道微生物组与大脑之间的关系提出相应的假设,为预防老年认知障碍症提供的新的思路和见解。  

Objectives of Study:

This study compared the effect of a 26-week combined aerobic-resistance exercise on the blood glucose level, intestinal abundance, composition, and function of the elderly population, with a view to integrating medical and physical resources to control or reverse the impaired glucose regulation. Provide theoretical and practical basis for preventing diabetes. By analyzing the cognitive ability test indicators, the hypothesis of the relationship between the intestinal microbiome and the brain in the human body is proposed, and new ideas and insights for the prevention of cognitive impairment in the elderly are provided.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 筛查前 5 年内临床明确??断为恶性肿瘤并接受治疗
2. 每周≥2 次或更多运动,每次≥20min,过去 6个月内接受任何抗阻运动
3. 筛选前3个月内发生急性心肌梗死、不稳定心绞痛或心衰,心电图检查存在异常
4. 过去2个月降压、降脂药物改变或体重变化≥5%
5. 有脑卒中病史
6. 筛查实验室检查结果异常有临床意义:
空腹甘油三酯≥500mg/dL
血清肌酐≥200 umol/L(2.26mg/dL)
尿蛋白>100mg/L
高血压≥160/100mmHg
BMI>30kg/m2,腰围男性>102cm,女性>88cm
7. 存在限制身体活动的疾病、慢性关节炎、急性痛风等
8. 晚期神经病变或视网膜病变
9. 妨碍参与者遵守协议或安全运动的任何医疗状况

Exclusion criteria:

1. Clinically clear diagnosis and treatment for malignant tumors within 5 years before screening;
2. ≥ 2 or more exercises per week, ≥ 20 min each time, accept any resistance exercise in the past 6 months;
3. Acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina or heart failure occurred within 3 months before screening, abnormal electrocardiogram;
4. Antihypertensive, lipid-lowering drug changes or body weight changes ≥ 5% in the past 2 months;
5. Have a history of stroke;
6. Screening laboratory test results are clinically significant: Fasting triglyceride ≥500mg/dL; Serum creatinine ≥200umol/L (2.26mg/dL); Urine protein>100mg/L; Hypertension ≥160/100mmHg; BMI>30kg/m2, waist circumference male>102cm, female>88cm;
7. There are diseases that limit physical activity, chronic arthritis, acute gout, etc.;
8. Advanced neuropathy or retinopathy;
9. Any medical condition that prevents participants from complying with the agreement or safe movement;
10. Cognitive dysfunction (brain dysfunction).
