研究目的：

本研究旨在通过横断面调查，收集急诊输液室及留观区患者的高频提问内容及核心信息需求，明确当前护士在解答患者疑问时面临的工作负荷与痛点。同时，探究医护人员与患者对引入人工智能技术辅助信息交互的接受程度与期望。基于调研结果，为构建急诊护理领域的医疗知识图谱及FAQ知识库提供内容框架，并为后续开发符合用户需求的“人工智能辅助信息交互服务平台”提供数据支持与实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to collect high-frequency questioning content and core information needs of patients in emergency infusion rooms and observation areas through a cross-sectional survey, in order to clarify the workload and pain points that nurses currently face when answering patients' questions. At the same time, explore the acceptance and expectations of medical staff and patients towards the introduction of artificial intelligence technology to assist information exchange. Based on the research results, provide a content framework for constructing a medical knowledge graph and FAQ knowledge base in the field of emergency nursing, and provide data support and empirical evidence for the subsequent development of an "artificial intelligence assisted information interaction service platform" that meets user needs.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

护士： 不愿意参与研究或未能提供知情同意的护士。 患者： 1.存在严重认知障碍、精神疾病等影响沟通的患者； 2.无法配合进行访谈或填写问卷的患者； 3.患者处于急性危重症状态，无法参与调查。

Exclusion criteria：

Nurse: A nurse who is unwilling to participate in the study or has not provided informed consent. Patients: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, and other factors that affect communication; 2. Patients who are unable to cooperate in conducting interviews or filling out questionnaires; 3. The patient is in an acute critical condition and cannot participate in the investigation.
