研究目的：

本研究旨在基于食管异物患者临床特征，整合临床数据，总结食管异物、食管异物后纵隔感染、主动脉损伤、AEF等的队列的临床特点，基于影像和临床变量构建并验证构建食管异物后危险分层模型，用于急诊分流与围手术期决策支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to integrate clinical data based on the characteristics of patients with esophageal foreign bodies, summarize the clinical features of cohorts with esophageal foreign bodies, post–foreign body mediastinal infection, aortic injury, and aortoesophageal fistula (AEF), and to develop and validate a post–foreign body risk stratification model using imaging and clinical variables to support emergency triage and perioperative decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 非锐性异物（食团、药板、硬币等）且经评估无血管并发症风险； 2. 同期存在其他明确来源的上消化道大出血（如静脉曲张破裂、活动性消化性溃疡出血）； 3. 临床数据不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-sharp foreign bodies (e.g., food bolus, blister packs, coins) with no risk of vascular complications upon assessment; 2. Concomitant upper gastrointestinal bleeding from other definitive causes (e.g., variceal rupture, active peptic ulcer bleeding); 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
