Objectives of Study：

To identify the pulmonary and gut microbiome and host susceptibility in community-acquired pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入组当天诊断为重症肺炎，符合下列1项主要标准或≥3项次要标准： （1）主要标准： 1）需要气管插管行机械通气治疗； 2）脓毒症休克经积极液体复苏后仍需要血管活性药物治疗。 （2）次要标准： 1）呼吸频率≥30/min； 2）氧合指数≤250 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）； 3）多肺叶浸润； 4）意识障碍和（或）定向障碍； 5）血尿素氮≥7.14 mmol/L； 6）收缩压<90mmHg需要积极的液体复苏； 2.入院时肺部考虑非感染性疾病； 3.预期住院天数小于1天； 4.孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosis of severe pneumonia on the day of enrollment, meeting either at least one major criterion or three or more minor criteria: (1)Major criteria: 1) Requirement for endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; 2) Septic shock requiring vasopressor therapy despite adequate fluid resuscitation. (2)Minor criteria: 1) Respiratory rate >= 30 breaths/min; 2) Oxygenation index (PaO₂/FiO₂) <= 250 mmHg (1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa); 3) Multilobar pulmonary infiltrates; 4) Confusion and/or disorientation; 5) Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) >= 7.14 mmol/L; 6) Systolic blood pressure < 90 mmHg requiring aggressive fluid resuscitation. 2.Suspected non-infectious pulmonary disease at the time of hospital admission; 3.Expected hospital stay of less than 1 day; 4.Pregnant women;

研究者填写电子病例报告表 1.电子病例报告表中所有数据均应与受试者原始病历数据核对，保证无误。 2.电子病例报告表作为原始数据记录，并由研究者签名且标注日期。 3.对显著偏高或在临床接受范围以外的数据，由研究者作临床意义判断。 4.详细内容请参照电子病例报告表填写说明。 数据库锁定 在数据审核并确认建立的数据库正确后，由数据管理人员、主要研究者、统计分析人员、申办者和监查管理人员共同对数据进行审核，并完成分析人群 的最后定义及判断，之后由数据管理员对数据库进行锁定。 锁定后的数据库或文件一般情况下不得再做改动。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Completion of Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) 1.All data entered into the electronic case report form (eCRF) shall be verified against the source medical records of the subject to ensure accuracy and completeness. 2.The eCRF shall serve as a source document, and must be signed and dated by the investigator. 3.Any markedly abnormal values or results outside the clinically acceptable range shall be reviewed and interpreted by the investigator in terms of their clinical significance. 4.For detailed instructions, please refer to the eCRF completion guidelines. Database Lock After data review and confirmation that the database has been properly established, the database shall be jointly reviewed by the data management team, principal investigator, statisticians, sponsor, and monitoring personnel. The final definition and determination of the analysis populations shall then be completed. Subsequently, the database shall be locked by the data manager.In general, no further modifications shall be made to the locked database or related files.
