研究目的：

本项目拟采用前瞻性诊断验证研究设计，拟招募110例典型临床症状患者。以ROMs检查结果为参考标准，次日进行标准化GFU 检查，并通过严格的盲法评估收集数据。最终将系统计算GFU的诊断效能指标，确立评估胃轻瘫的最佳参数和阈值。旨在为临床提供一种安全、便捷、经济高效的胃轻瘫筛查手段。  

Objectives of Study：

This project proposes a prospective diagnostic validation study, enrolling 110 patients with typical clinical symptoms. Using ROMs examination results as the reference standard, participants will undergo standardized GFU examination on the following day, with data collected through rigorous blinded assessment. The diagnostic performance of GFU will be systematically evaluated, and the optimal parameters and thresholds for assessing gastroparesis will be established. This study aims to provide a safe, convenient, and cost-effective screening method for gastroparesis in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病情危重且生命体征不稳定者； 2.意识障碍或严重认知受损，无法配合治疗者； 3.6个月内接受胃部手术者（如胃切除术、胃底折叠术等）； 4.严重心律失常或心脏起搏器植入者； 5.严重腹水及BMI>=35kg/m^2无法测量胃窦者； 6.存在GFU及ROMs检查禁忌证； 7.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 8.拒绝参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Critically ill patients with unstable vital signs; 2.Patients with impaired consciousness or severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the examination; 3.Patients who have undergone gastric surgery within the past 6 months, such as gastrectomy or fundoplication; 4.Patients with severe arrhythmia or an implanted cardiac pacemaker; 5.Patients with severe ascites or a BMI >=35 kg/m² that prevents accurate measurement of the gastric antrum; 6.Presence of contraindications to GFU or ROMs examinations; 7.Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Individuals who refuse to participate in this study.

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Presence of typical gastroparesis-related symptoms, including nausea, vomiting, early satiety, postprandial fullness, upper abdominal bloating, upper abdominal pain, or upper abdominal discomfort, and suspected gastric emptying disorder based on clinical evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用CRF表进行临床症状、量表评分、影像学检查结果数据采集；数据管理采用加密Excel表格建立专属数据库，由2名研究人员独立双录入、交叉核对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Clinical symptoms, scale scores, and imaging examination results will be collected using case report forms（CRFs）. Data management will be performed using an encrypted Excel spreadsheet to establish a dedicated database. Data will be independently entered by two researchers and cross-checked for accuracy.
