研究目的:

本研究以功能性踝关节不稳青少年篮球运动员为对象,采用随机对照设计,比较以体感游戏为载体的整合性神经肌肉训练与传统整合性神经肌肉训练对姿势控制能力、下肢运动能力与心理状态的影响差异,为体感游戏在功能性踝关节不稳青少年篮球运动员训练干预中的应用提供实证依据。具体包括:比较两组干预前后姿势控制能力的变化差异,比较两组干预前后下肢运动能力的变化差异,比较两组干预前后运动恐惧、心理回归运动准备、内在动机与心流体验等心理状态指标的变化差异。  

Objectives of Study:

This study employed a randomized controlled design involving adolescent basketball players with functional ankle instability (FAI) to compare the effects of integrative neuromuscular training (INT) delivered via exergames versus traditional INT on postural control, lower extremity motor function, and psychological status. The aim is to provide empirical evidence for the application of exergame-based interventions in this population. Specifically, the study investigates the between-group differences in pre- and post-intervention changes in: (1) postural control ability; (2) lower extremity motor function; and (3) psychological outcomes, including kinesiophobia, psychological readiness to return to sport, intrinsic motivation, and flow experience.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在下肢和/或脊柱骨折、手术等病史以及其他神经系统、前庭系统等影响姿势控制的疾病以及服用影响姿势控制以及感觉类药物; 2.在过去3个月内发生下肢肌肉骨骼结构急性损伤,并导致至少有一天无法正常进行日常活动; 3.足舟骨掉落测试中,坐位与双足与肩同宽负重站立相比,足舟骨下降高度≥8 mm者; 4.存在严重视力障碍或光敏性癫痫等不适合观看电子屏幕的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. A history of lower-extremity and/or spinal fractures, surgery, or other neurological or vestibular disorders affecting postural control, as well as the use of medications that may affect postural control or sensory function. 2. Acute lower-extremity musculoskeletal injury within the past 3 months that resulted in at least one day of inability to perform normal daily activities. 3. A navicular drop ≥8 mm, defined as a decrease in navicular height from a seated position to a bilateral weight-bearing standing position with feet shoulder-width apart. 4. Severe visual impairment, photosensitive epilepsy, or other conditions unsuitable for exposure to electronic screens.

An independent researcher who is not involved in participant recruitment, intervention delivery, or outcome assessment will generate the random allocation sequence using a computer-generated random number table. Participants will be allocated to the exergame group or the traditional training group at a 1:1 ratio.

盲法:

本研究采用单盲设计。由于体感游戏训练与传统训练在干预形式上存在明显差异,受试者和干预实施人员无法实施盲法。测量人员在基线期、第4周末和第8周末进行测试时均不知晓受试者分组信息。

Blinding:

This study used a single-blind design. Due to the apparent differences between exergame-based training and traditional training, participants and intervention providers could not be blinded. Outcome assessors were blinded to group allocation during baseline, Week 4, and Week 8 assessments.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用统一设计的研究数据采集表和电子数据表相结合的方式进行数据采集与管理。研究数据采集表用于记录受试者基本信息、筛选结果、随机分组信息、干预执行情况、不良事件及各时间点结局指标。数据采集完成后,由专人录入加密电子数据表,并由另一名研究人员进行核查,以保证数据录入的准确性和完整性。所有研究数据均采用受试者编号进行匿名化管理,不记录可直接识别受试者身份的信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data will be collected and managed using standardized research data collection forms and electronic spreadsheets. The research data collection forms will be used to record participants’ basic information, screening results, randomization information, intervention adherence, adverse events, and outcome measures at each assessment time point. After data collection, the data will be entered into encrypted electronic spreadsheets by designated research personnel and checked by another researcher to ensure accuracy and completeness. All data will be anonymized using participant identification codes, and no directly identifiable personal information will be recorded.
