研究目的：

通过多中心、随机对照试验评价临床药师干预管理对降低上尿路结石患者微创术后感染并发症的效果，建立上尿路结石患者的围术期抗菌药物使用管理模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of clinical pharmacist-led interventions in reducing postoperative infection complications following minimally invasive surgery for patients with upper urinary tract stones through a multicenter, randomized controlled trial, and to establish a management model for perioperative antibiotic use in these patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊入院行结石手术或输尿管支架置入术的患者； 2.合并其他感染的患者； 3.行切开取石术； 4.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients admitted through the emergency department for stone surgery or ureteral stent placement; 2. Patients with other concurrent infections; 3. Patients undergoing open stone removal surgery; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
