研究目的：

1. 主要目的 全面表征人肺循环对血液代谢物和脂质的摄取与释放模式，构建首个系统性人肺循环代谢图谱。 2. 次要目的 (1) 比较肺循环与外周组织的代谢特征差异； (2) 探索肺循环代谢特征与肺静脉狭窄程度的相关性； (3) 探索潜在的生物标志物，为纤维素性纵隔炎的诊断和治疗提供新的靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective To comprehensively characterize the uptake and release patterns of blood metabolites and lipids in the human pulmonary circulation, and to construct the first systematic metabolic atlas of the human pulmonary circulation. 2. Secondary Objectives (1) To compare the metabolic characteristics of the pulmonary circulation with those of peripheral tissues; (2) To explore the correlation between pulmonary circulation metabolic characteristics and the degree of pulmonary vein stenosis; (3) To explore potential biomarkers to provide new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of fibrosing mediastinitis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并急性感染、恶性肿瘤或自身免疫性疾病活动期；
2.近3个月内使用糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂；
3.妊娠或哺乳期女性；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Comorbid acute infection, malignancy, or active autoimmune disease;
2.Use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within the past 3 months;
3.Pregnant or lactating women;
