探讨功能性磁刺激新的应用方式与低频重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后偏瘫上肢的疗效比较  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to investigate the efficiency of a novel functional magnetic stimulation (FMS) in comparison with the efficiency of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (LF-rTMS) in improving upper limb hemiparesis in post-stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)既往有癫痫或脑植入史的患者，(2)脑出血后血肿未吸收的患者(3)电子及/或磁性植入物(如心脏起搏器、脑分流、耳蜗植入物)患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with a previous known history of epilepsy or brain implants;
(2) patients with an unabsorbed hematoma following cerebral hemorrhage;
(3) patients with electronic and/or magnetic implants (e.g. cardiac pacemaker, cerebral shunts, and cochlear implant).
