研究目的：

本研究拟通过随机对照研究，研究黏性骨在第三磨牙拔除后第二磨牙远中骨缺损修复中的效果，以牙周检查、影像学骨密度、患者术后反应为核心测量指标，为临床决策提供循证依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of sticky bone in the repair of distal bone defects of the adjacent second molar following mandibular third molar extraction through a randomized controlled trial. The core outcome measures will include periodontal examination, radiographic bone density, and patient-reported postoperative responses, in order to provide an evidence-based foundation for clinical decision-making.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有全身系统性疾病 2.对手术中使用的任何药物或植骨材料过敏 3.酗酒或大量吸烟（＞10支/天） 4.头颈部放射治疗史 5.严重颞下颌关节紊乱综合征 6.第二磨牙缺失或连同第三磨牙一起拔除 7.研究期间进行正畸的患者 8.女性月经期或妊娠期 9.第三磨牙有囊肿或囊性改变或存在急性炎症 10.不能配合随访及半年之内参加其他研究者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of any systemic disease. 2. Allergy to any medication or bone graft material used in the surgery. 3. Alcohol abuse or heavy smoking (>10 cigarettes/day). 4. History of head and neck radiotherapy. 5. Severe temporomandibular joint disorders. 6. Absence of the second molar or its extraction along with the third molar. 7. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment during the study period. 8. Female patients during menstruation or pregnancy. 9. Presence of a cyst, cystic change, or acute inflammation associated with the third molar. 10. Inability to cooperate with follow-up or participation in another clinical study within the past six months.

本研究采用区组随机法。由不参与临床手术及评估的独立第三方统计员，利用计算机统计软件生成随机序列及对应的分组代码。

This study adopts block randomization. An independent third-party statistician, who is not involved in the clinical surgery or assessment, generates the random sequence and corresponding group codes using computer statistical software.

盲法：

本研究采用双盲设计。为实施盲法，干预措施（实验组与对照组所用材料）由不参与研究的药剂师/技术人员根据随机分组代码提前准备，确保其外观、包装、使用方法（如注射器规格、操作步骤）完全一致。所有材料以相同编号的密封套件形式提供。研究过程中，受试者、负责手术的外科医生、术后评估的检查者及数据分析师均对分组不知情。仅不参与临床流程的统计员持有盲底。仅在发生严重不良事件且必须知晓干预内容以进行医疗处理时，方可由主要研究者申请紧急揭盲，并详细记录原因。整个研究的数据录入与初步分析均在盲态下完成。

Blinding：

Concealed Allocation Method: A computer-generated block randomization sequence is maintained by an independent third-party statistician not involved in recruitment, surgery, or assessment. After eligible participants complete the baseline assessment, the investigator contacts this statistician via telephone or an online system. The statistician provides a unique group code in real-time based on the pre-generated sequence, and the investigator executes the corresponding protocol accordingly. The allocation information is kept confidential from the investigators, participants, and assessors throughout the study.
