调查术前区域镇痛在中国东部地区多家医疗机构中的临床应用现状，包括其适应证、常用技术、药物选择、操作规范、并发症管理及临床效果评价等，分析存在的问题与改进方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the current clinical application of preoperative regional nerve blocks in multiple medical institutions in eastern China, including its indications, commonly used techniques, drug selection, operational specifications, complication management, and evaluation of clinical effects, and analyze existing problems and directions for improvement.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非临床医师岗位人员（如护士、技师、药师、行政人员等）；
2.进修、轮转或实习期间不足3个月的医师；
3.问卷填写时间<300秒（系统自动识别）；
4.问卷关键信息缺失或逻辑明显矛盾（如从未使用过术前区域镇痛，但后续详细填写具体操作细节）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Non-clinical physician personnel (e.g., nurses, technicians, pharmacists, administrative staff, etc.).
2.Physicians who have been in advanced training, rotation, or internship for less than 3 months.
3.Questionnaire completion time < 300 seconds (automatically identified by the system).
4.Missing key information in the questionnaire or obvious logical contradictions (e.g., having never used preoperative regional analgesia, but subsequently providing detailed specific operational details).
