研究目的:

本研究旨在探讨择期宫腔镜手术中液体耐受性,发生容量过负荷时,无创监测指标PVI/SpHb的诊断效能和基于体重的净液体入量(ml/kg)临界值。应用无创监测手段,确立无创监测指标,探索其在宫腔镜手术液体管理中的应用价值,根据患者体重精细化容量管理,以期建立更安全、高效的监测策略。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to investigate fluid tolerance in elective hysteroscopic surgery, evaluate the diagnostic performance of the non-invasive monitoring indices PVI and SpHb when volume overload occurs, and determine the cut-off value for net fluid intake (ml/kg) based on body weight. By applying non-invasive monitoring techniques to establish key indices, this research explores their application value in fluid management during hysteroscopy. Ultimately, it seeks to achieve refined, weight-based volume management and establish a safer and more efficient monitoring strategy.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全; 2. 已知心律失常或主动脉瓣膜反流; 3. 下腔静脉区域解剖异常或手术史; 4. 肥胖(BMI≥35 kg/m²)影响超声图像质量; 5. 急诊手术或凝血功能异常。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 2. Known arrhythmia or aortic valve regurgitation; 3. Anatomical abnormalities or history of surgery in the inferior vena cava (IVC) region; 4. Obesity (BMI >= 35 kg/m²) that compromises ultrasound image quality; 5. Emergency surgery or coagulation disorders.
