研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性分析，常规口腔护理与医护一体化多维度综合管理在预防异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）患者口腔黏膜炎（oral mucositis，OM）中的效果。主要研究目的，比较两组患者OM发生情况，包括OM总发生率、严重OM(Ⅲ-Ⅳ级)发生率、OM发生部位数、OM中位发生时间、OM平均愈合时间。以期实现：1.为优化预防异基因造血干细胞移植相关口腔黏膜炎护理方案选择提供循证依据；2.建立科学精准的移植相关口腔黏膜炎管理策略，推动精准护理在造血干细胞移植领域的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This retrospective study was designed to compare the efficacy of standard oral care versus an integrated, nurse-physician, multidimensional comprehensive management protocol in preventing oral mucositis (OM) in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). The primary objectives were to compare between the two groups: overall incidence of OM, incidence of severe OM (grade III–IV), number of oral sites affected, median time to OM onset, and mean time to OM resolution. The intended outcomes are (1) to provide evidence-based guidance for optimizing nursing protocols aimed at preventing transplant-related OM, and (2) to establish a scientifically precise management strategy for transplant-associated OM, thereby advancing precision nursing in the field of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未完成移植,无法观察结局指标者；
2.移植预处理前已经发生口腔感染、溃疡等口腔疾病的患者；
3.移植前有疱疹病毒症感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.ndividuals who failed to complete transplantation and thus could not be assessed for outcome endpoints;
2.Patients who had already developed oral infections, ulcers, or other oral diseases before the start of conditioning;
3.Patients with pre-transplant active herpesvirus infection.

口腔黏膜炎分级及发生部位测量，采用WHO口腔黏膜炎 0 级 ～ Ⅳ 级分级标准；疼痛评估。采用数字评定量表；中性粒细胞植入评估依据移植后连续 3天中性粒细胞绝对值（absolute neutrophil count，ANC）≥0.5×109/L定义为中性粒细胞移植成活。

Oral mucositis grading and site assessment were performed using the WHO 0–IV scale. Pain was evaluated with the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Neutrophil engraftment was defined as an absolute neutrophil count (ANC) ≥0.5×10?/L for three consecutive days after transplantation.
