本研究旨在了解我院护理人员科研能力的现状，并分析积极主动性、主动创新行为、工作控制感及相关工作特征对科研能力的影响，以为医院后续开展分层科研培训和优化护理科研管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to describe the current level of research literacy among nursing staff in a tertiary grade-A general hospital in Beijing, China, and to analyze the effects ofproactivity, proactive innovative behavior, perceived work control, and related work characteristics on research literacy. The findings may provide evidence for stratified researchtraining and nursing research management.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用电子问卷进行数据采集。调查对象通过扫描二维码在线填写问卷。数据自动上传至问卷星平台，由研究者定期导出为Excel文件，并存储于设密码保护的计算机中。所有数据均进行匿名化处理，仅研究团队成员有权访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected using an electronic questionnaire distributed via QR code. Responses will be automatically captured and stored in the WJX platform. Data will be exported as Excel files and stored on a password-protected computer. All data will be anonymized, and access will be restricted to the research team.
