研究目的：

1.总体目标：构建老年糖尿病肾病合并糖尿病足溃疡患者的护理方案。 2.具体目标： （1）针对老年糖尿病肾病合并糖尿病足溃疡进行范围综述； （2）构建老年糖尿病肾病合并糖尿病足溃疡患者护理方案； （3）评价老年糖尿病肾病合并糖尿病足溃疡患者护理方案的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Overall Objective: To develop a nursing care protocol for elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease complicated by diabetic foot ulcers. 2.Specific Objectives: (1) To conduct a scoping review on elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease complicated by diabetic foot ulcers; (2) To develop a nursing care protocol for elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease complicated by diabetic foot ulcers; (3) To evaluate the application effectiveness of the nursing care protocol for elderly patients with diabetic kidney disease complicated by diabetic foot ulcers.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并酮症、急性感染、严重视网膜病变、严重心肺功能不全等严重糖尿病急、慢性并发症的研究参与者； 2.精神障碍、认知功能障碍等不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Study participants with severe acute or chronic diabetic complications, including ketoacidosis, acute infection, severe retinopathy, or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 2. Individuals who are unable to cooperate due to mental disorders or cognitive impairment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究的数据采集与管理由研究团队统一负责。研究数据通过病例报告表（Case Record Form，CRF）进行收集，并由研究人员双人核对后录入电子数据库。所有研究数据采用编号方式进行去标识化处理，统一存储于密码保护的计算机中，仅限研究团队成员访问，用于本研究的数据分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and management will be conducted by the research team. Study data will be collected using case record forms (CRFs) and entered into an electronic database after double checking by research staff. All data will be de-identified and stored on password-protected computers, with access restricted to authorized members of the research team for study-related analyses only.
