研究目的：

本研究拟开展前瞻性、多中心临床验证，对基于麦格普适宜技术（MaGPL）的体表定位方法在指导乳腺微钙化精准切除中的临床应用价值进行系统评估。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a prospective, multicenter clinical validation to systematically evaluate the clinical utility of the body-surface localization method based on the MaGPL technique in guiding the precise excision of breast microcalcifications.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 钙化灶呈弥漫分布涉及多个象限，无法实现精准体表定位者； 2. 既往接受乳腺区手术或放疗导致组织严重瘢痕变形影响定位者； 3. 已知妊娠或哺乳期； 4. 存在严重系统性疾病无法耐受手术； 5. 研究者判断不适合参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diffuse microcalcifications involving multiple breast quadrants, making accurate body-surface localization infeasible; 2. Prior breast surgery or radiotherapy resulting in significant tissue scarring or breast deformity that could compromise localization accuracy; 3. Pregnancy or lactation; 4. Severe systemic comorbidities rendering the patient unsuitable for surgery; 5. Any condition deemed by the investigator to make the patient unsuitable for study participation.
