研究目的：

本研究旨在明确逆行排尿干预在因脱垂行阴式盆底重建术的患者群体中的排尿试验通过率高低，并了解该方式是否有更低的留置尿管负担和更高的舒适度。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the pass rate of retrograde urination intervention in the urination test among patients undergoing vaginal pelvic floor reconstruction due to prolapse, and to understand whether this approach has a lower indwelling catheter burden and higher comfort.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有 POP 手术史； 2. 糖尿病患者，且血糖控制不佳：术前空腹血糖 > 11.1 mmol/L； 3. 存在恶性肿瘤患者； 4. 术中膀胱损伤或需长期留置导尿者； 5. 同时行膀胱镜手术的患者； 6. 同时行尿道中段悬吊术的患者； 7. 既往进行尿潴留症状物理治疗（包括电刺激、中医治疗等）； 8. 高血压患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of POP surgery; 2. Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control: preoperative fasting blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with bladder injury during surgery or those requiring long-term indwelling catheterization; 5. Patients undergoing cystoscopy surgery simultaneously; 6. Patients undergoing mid-urethral suspension surgery simultaneously; 7. Patients who have received physical therapy for urinary retention symptoms in the past (including electrical stimulation, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, etc.); 8. Patients with hypertension.
