应用多参数MRI与影像组学相融合实现自动化精准定量分析，结合组织病理与分子等多模态信息，建立卵巢癌淋巴结转移的术前评估及复发预测模型，从而优化临床管理路径  

Objectives of Study：

By integrating multi-parameter MRI with radiomics to enable automated, precise quantitative analysis, and combining this with multimodal information such as histopathological and molecular data, we aim to establish models for the preoperative assessment of lymph node metastasis and the prediction of recurrence in ovarian cancer, thereby optimising clinical management pathways.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有其他肿瘤疾病；
2.接受其他治疗，包括术前化疗、新辅助化疗或免疫治疗；
3.术前MRI图像质量较差；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosis of other neoplastic diseases;
2.Receipt of other treatments, including preoperative chemotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, or immunotherapy;
3.Poor quality of preoperative MRI images;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：采用标准化病例记录表（Case Record Form, CRF），统一规范影像、临床及随访数据的标准，通过各单位的PACS系统以及HIS系统搜集临床-影像-病理数据； 数据管理：1. 去标识化：数据导出前完成去标识化处理，删除影像与病历中可识别身份信息；并为每例受试者生成唯一研究编码；2. 传输方式：各方同意通过安全的网络平台进行数据传输；3. 存储与访问：甲方对汇总数据实行分级权限管理，仅限项目组授权人员访问；未经各方书面同意，不得向任何第三方提供或开放数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data Collection: Standardized Case Record Forms (CRFs) were employed to uniformly standardize imaging, clinical, and follow-up data. Clinical-imaging-pathological data were collected through the PACS and HIS systems of each institution. Data Management: (1) Deidentification: Deidentification was performed prior to data export, removing identifiable personal information from images and medical records; a unique study code was generated for each subject. (2)Transmission Method: All parties agreed to transmit data via secure network platforms. (2)Storage and Access: Party A implemented a hierarchical permission management system for aggregated data, restricting access solely to authorized personnel of the project team. Data may not be provided or disclosed to any third party without written consent from all parties involved.
