对比分析短期植入旋转非对称型多焦点人工晶状体（multifocal intraocular lens, MIOL; SBL-3）与渐近衍射型MIOL(the Acrysof IQ ResTOR SN6AD1）后的视功能和客观视觉质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the short-term clinical visual acuity outcomes and intraocular optical performance of eyes implanted with a rotationally asymmetric multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL) (SBL-3, Lenstec, Inc., Christ Church, Barbados) and an apodized diffractive MIOL (the Acrysof IQ ResTOR SN6AD1, Alcon Laboratories, Inc.)

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

具有眼部其他疾病
有眼部外伤史
晶状体悬韧带异常
瞳孔异常瞳孔无法散大<6mm
既往行角膜屈光手术史等患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other serious coexisting ocular disease, and a history of trauma, zonular weakness, abnormal pupil;
2. previous corneal refractive surgery and other researchers judged excluded patients.
