研究目的：

本研究以健康生态学模型为理论指导，采用混合研究方法论，从个人特质、行为特点、人际网络、生活工作条件、政策环境五个层面，全面了解HIV感染儿童照顾者照顾能力的现况及其影响因素，并深入探究患者的具体需求。为临床实践提供依据，从而提升HIV感染儿童照顾者照顾能力，促进HIV感染儿童身心健康发展。  

Objectives of Study：

Guided by the Health Ecology Model, this study adopts a mixed research methodology to comprehensively examine the current state of caregiving ability among caregivers of children living with HIV and its influencing factors from five levels: individual characteristics, behavioral features, interpersonal networks, living and working conditions, and policy environment. It also explores the specific needs of the caregivers. The findings aim to inform clinical practice, thereby enhancing the caregiving ability of caregivers of children with HIV and promoting the physical and mental health development of these children.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

采用问卷调查法进行数据采集。电子数据加密保存，纸质问卷存放于上锁的文件柜中，由课题负责人统一保管，研究结束后按规定进行销毁或移交档案。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected using a questionnaire survey. Electronic data were stored encrypted, and paper questionnaires were kept in a locked filing cabinet, which was uniformly managed by the principal investigator. After the completion of the study, the data were destroyed or transferred to the archives in accordance with the relevant regulations.
