本研究通过回顾性分析老年患者下肢动脉成形术围术期的临床护理资料，系统梳理围术期护理风险点，总结有效的干预策略，为提升老年患者下肢动脉成形术护理质量提供实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively analyzes the clinical nursing data of elderly patients during the perioperative period of lower extremity arterioplasty, systematically sorts out perioperative nursing risk points, and summarizes effective intervention strategies, so as to provide practical references for improving the nursing quality of lower extremity arterioplasty in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 认知功能障碍、精神疾病或沟通障碍导致无法配合研究者； 2. 合并截肢术患者； 3. 中途转院或临床资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, or communication disorders that prevent cooperation with researchers; 2. Patients undergoing combined amputation surgery; 3. Those who are transferred to other hospitals halfway or have incomplete clinical data.

严密观察并记录自术前 1 d 至术后 7 d 内并发症发生例数及类型，包括穿刺部位出血、血肿、感染、远端动脉栓塞、血管再闭塞、心律失常、心肌缺血、造影剂肾病、深静脉血栓、坠积性肺炎、压疮等并发症发生情况以发生例数、发生率表示。

Measure method：

Patients were closely observed, and the number and type of complications were recorded from 1 day before surgery to 7 days after surgery. Complications included bleeding at the puncture site, hematoma, infection, distal arterial embolism, vascular reocclusion, arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia, contrast-induced nephropathy, deep vein thrombosis, hypostatic pneumonia, pressure injury, etc. The incidence of complications was expressed by the number of cases and incidence rate.

应用护理系统及逸仙大数据进行查看符合纳入标准的研究对象的手术记录及护理记录，并由研究者将关键资料提取并记录于结构化的Excel电子表格中进行初步整理与汇总。完成数据收集后，将进行系统的数据分析，计算分析并发症发生率。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The surgical and nursing records of eligible participants were reviewed via the nursing system and Yixian Big Data platform. The researcher extracted key data and documented them in a structured Excel spreadsheet for preliminary collation and summarization. Upon completion of data collection, systematic data analysis was performed to calculate and analyze the incidence of complications.
