研究目的：

本研究旨在开发一套融合应用行为分析（ABA）与接纳承诺疗法（ACT）的ASD患儿家庭干预体系，并开展可行性研究，以评估该干预方案在目标人群中的可接受性和可行性，同时初步考察其对照护者心理健康、孤独症相关知识和关系支持的潜在改善作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a family-based intervention system for children with ASD that integrates applied behavior analysis (ABA) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and to conduct a feasibility study to evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of the intervention in the target population. The study will also preliminarily examine its potential effects on improving caregivers’ mental health, autism-related knowledge, and relational support.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重精神障碍或神经认知障碍，包括精神分裂症或由脑器质性疾病导致的神经认知障碍； 2.存在影响研究参与的视力、听力或智力障碍； 3.存在药物或酒精依赖； 4.既往接受过接纳承诺疗法或正念干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having a severe mental disorder or neurocognitive disorder, including schizophrenia or neurocognitive disorders caused by organic brain disease; 2. Having visual, hearing, or intellectual impairments that may affect participation in the study; 3. Having drug or alcohol dependence; 4. Having previously received acceptance and commitment therapy or mindfulness-based interventions.
