研究目的：

本研究拟在健康青年、健康老年及老年胃轻瘫中应用GF-CEUS和胃肠激素检测，探讨其与胃动力的关系，并与ROMs对比，验证其敏感性与特异性。并进一步整合GF-CEUS参数、胃肠激素及临床特征，构建并验证多模态康复评估模型，为胃轻瘫早期识别及康复疗效评估提供可推广的技术路径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to apply gastric filling contrast-enhanced ultrasound (GF-CEUS) combined with gastrointestinal hormone assessment in healthy young adults, healthy elderly individuals, and elderly patients with gastroparesis to investigate their associations with gastric motility. The diagnostic performance of GF-CEUS will be evaluated through comparison with radiopaque marker (ROMs) testing, including assessments of sensitivity and specificity. Furthermore, GF-CEUS parameters, gastrointestinal hormone levels, and clinical characteristics will be integrated to construct and validate a multimodal rehabilitation evaluation model, with the goal of providing a practical and scalable approach for the early identification of gastroparesis and the evaluation of rehabilitation efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明确诊断胃癌或其他胃肠道恶性肿瘤者； 2.既往接受胃大部切除、迷走神经切断等胃部手术者； 3.严重心肝肾功能不全； 4.急性胃肠道症状者； 5.严重精神或认知障碍无法配合检查； 6.超声充盈剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer or other gastrointestinal malignancies; 2.Patients with a history of gastric surgery, including subtotal gastrectomy or vagotomy 3.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 4.Patients presenting with acute gastrointestinal symptoms; 5. Patients with severe psychiatric or cognitive disorders who are unable to cooperate with the examinations; 6.Patients with a known allergy to the ultrasound contrast agent.
